Ingredients: two jalapeno peppers, seeded 2 c water and diced. two limes juiced 1/2 c mint leaves.
Instructions: add all above together and boil for one half hour. then drain away the solid chunks and freeze the mixture (it will get slushy). when ready to eat, it should be mixed in a blender with an equal volume of ice. serve immediately. garnish with lime slices and mint leaves (fresh). yummy, and hot.
